BERGERAC Airport has announced that a free Covid-19 testing unit will be open to passengers every Saturday from 1 August.
The tests will be overseen by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine health authorities and the Dordogne Préfecture.
There is no obligation to take a free test and it will only be available to passengers arriving at Bergerac airport, as well as the airport staff.
No advanced notifications or formalities are required and the tests will be carried out from 9h to 18h in the arrivals hall by teams from Bergerac Hospital and Civil Protection.
The tests are open to all passengers of whatever nationality and the results will be provided in around 24 hours.
