Apply for free skin cancer screenings during awareness week

IF you are a little worried about moles or lumps on your skin then you may be able to take advantage of an awareness campaign from the union representing dermatologists, SNDV.

More than 2,500 skin specialists are offering up free consultations between 15 and 19 May, to help answer questions and provide advice on possible skin cancer concerns of patients.

You can find out which specialists are taking part in the campaign, and book a free appointment, via the website www.dermatos.fr although it is first come first served.

And the advice is for those with worries about skin cancer, not other dermatological complaints and the appointment is only for the person named in the application.
