MANY people head to France with a business idea or two in an attempt to ensure they can enjoy life in their new home.
But few will look to start a truffle farm deep in the countryside of the Gers but that is what Dick Pyle has done.
His Truffle Tree business allows people to adopt a tree under which these so-called 'black diamonds' prosper and provides an opportunity to follow and track the growth of these special delicacies.
In this latest podcast Dick explains the steps he has taken to ensure his farm is ripe for truffles, but also protected from predators such as deer and boar, as well as offers his favourite way of eating these earthen delights.
