Brittany Ferries set to take back to sea

AN agreement has been signed between unions and management that should see Brittany Ferries resume services across the Channel.

With the company's ferries stuck in port for ten days, and thousands of passengers affected by the stoppages, crossings will recommence on Tuesday afternoon.

In the meantime the Brittany Ferries summer timetable sailings from Poole have been extended to help some strike-affected passengers get home.

Condor Ferries will operate the extra services on Brittany Ferries' behalf until Friday 5 October.

Brittany Ferries has said that P&O Ferries and MyFerryLink have agreed to accept Brittany Ferries tickets between Calais and Dover until Thursday 4 October at 23:59.

You do not need to contact Brittany Ferries, all you need to do is present your booking reference at check-in to travel with P&O Ferries or MyFerryLink free of charge.
