Brittany Ferries halts services due to industrial action

Brittany_ferries2412SERVICES operated by Brittany Ferries between the UK and France and Spain have been suspended indefinitely because of a strike by French crew members unhappy with working terms and conditions.

Ferries from Portsmouth and Plymouth to France and Spain have been hit, with only the Poole to Cherbourg service remaining in operation as it is run by Condor Ferries.

Brittany Ferries has said that both P&O Ferries and MyFerryLink have agreed to accept Brittany Ferries tickets between Calais and Dover.

You do not need to contact Brittany Ferries, all you need to do is present your booking reference at check-in to travel with P&O Ferries or MyFerryLink free of charge.

You do not need to book with these operators, or visit the terminal.
