E.coli warning in a Roquefort cheese

AN outbreak of e.coli has been found in a make of Roquefort cheese, with consumers being warned not to eat the cheeses concerned.

In a notice on the agriculture ministry website Roquefort cheese produced by Société GABRIEL COULET SA named Roquefort AOP has been withdrawn.

The cheese is sold under a variety of names Cosse Noir, La Petite Cave, GAR, Patrimoine Gourmand, Auchan, Notre Sélection, Pâturages, Rocabret, Monoprix Gourmet, Cora, Maison des Gourmets, Le Fromager.

With the Roquefort cheeses concerned bearing the numbers 120406152 / 120406156 /120406157 / 120406159 / 120406160 / 120406164 / 120406165.

People are advised not to eat the cheese and to return it to the place of purchase.
