Where to find free public internet access in France

Free-internetIF you are ever stuck for an internet connection and need to access the web, then check out the location of your nearest Espaces Publics Numériques.

A number of public buildings across France offer free web access to people and they are often found in multi-media centres, mairies or libraries, there is a handy map to help you locate establishments.

Knowing your nearest internet access point could prove useful whilst moving house or if you are travelling for a period of time.

I've always had a problem when visiting France, I shouldn't any longer, many thanks !

There's always McDonalds car park I believe

That's true McDonalds is an option if you've a laptop or smartphone. All the best, Craig

Thanks for the mention of NetPublic. I do add that there's a mobile app of the French Map of public access telecenters named "mon EPN" (myEPN). Of course, this is french. On the NetPublic.fr homepage, simply click on the iPhone pic :)

Thanks for that Jean-Luc.
