Larousse launches online dictionary

Larousse-dictionaryPUBLISHER of the famous encyclopaedia, Larousse, has launched a free online dictionary that offers French language help, but also translation in a number of other languages.

English and French is available, as well as Spanish, German and Italian with results quick to be returned, and grammar points featured as well.

A particularly useful element is the opportunity to hear the pronunciation of words, just click on the small, blue speaker graphic to listen.

This on-line dictionary is a useful and authoritative resource.
I found it convenient to bookmark the two French dictionaries as follows:
