I have just been to Pisa and then on to Florence with Easyjet. I want to congratulate Captain Shaun Austin and his wonderful crew on the EZY5233 leaving Gatwick on the 17th April at 11.15. What a fantastic team. All staff were professional and cared about our every request. The plane left one hour late because of poor Italian weather in Pisa. Captain Austin took the time and trouble to show us the amazing technology on board. People are always good at complaining but they should realise that airlines have to comply with strict safety procedures. Pilots are highly skilled, cool, calm, individuals undertaking many years of training. If there is a competition for 'best crew' - then this team should win it. Karen Mac
